New Album out Late April UK & HAMBURG

Falling Doves are ecstatic to announce their sophomore album , Doves of War in September and single “Paris”, which was released June 27th via UK/RMN Records. Sharing their edgy rock roots with their pop infused melodies The Falling Doves are ready to show us what original rock n roll is all about.

Born from Hollywood’s jaded streets of Sunset , Christopher Leyva, Mike Dorsey, Clint Feddersen, and Kyle Mueller make up the Falling Doves who all share a passion for reviving classic rock with their own twist of today’s pop music.

In the past two years the Falling Doves have taken their music on a trip throughout the west coast. They’ve played to ever-increasing crowds, bigger and louder each time; opening for acts such as Gilby Clark, (Guns and Roses) Echo & The Bunnymen, Scott Russo (Unwritten Law), Sidhharta, Story of the Year and Alien Ant Farm. Since the band has managed to take over the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles and the Las Vegas music scene.

In between all this action, the band will be returning to the UK/Europe joined by The Spitting Pips from North Wales,  on a series of dates for their 2016 Tour and Europe .  The Falling Doves were invited back to the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool August 20th. Both bands will follow a series of stops in London, Windsor, Amsterdam and Hamburg at the famous Kaiser Keller Falling Doves will pay tribute to the Golden Era of the Kaiser Keller as this will mark the 56th Anniversary of the Beatles coming to Hamburg. In a twist of familiar events The Falling Doves will be doing a set of Beatles songs and some classics from 1960. When the group’s first single, “My Bonnie,” was released in Germany in 1961, Liverpool Beatles fans swarmed local record shops searching for the record. Wanting to understand the enthusiasm, store manager Brian Epstein  caught a Beatles show at the Cavern. He then persuaded the group into hiring him as their manager and within a year, he got them their own recording contract at EMI.

The Falling Doves new album was produced by Rick Parker of (BRMC, Scott Weiland, Lord Huron, and the Dandy Warhols), and Skyler Lutes in San Diego with additional production by Jason Hill from (Louis XIV, Jett, The Killers, Muse, and Bowie). The album is sure to hit you with some rock infused music. The new songs give you a taste of what pop/rock is all about and begs the listener to, bang their head and makes them doubt what they were doing wasting time on anything less, from a band that doesn’t know how to play it safe.

Doves of War will bring old fans and new Falling Doves most multifarious record to date, encompassing elements sedated love, lust, and excitement.
